Burish suffered the injury during Tuesday's 6-0 home loss to the Florida Panthers, when he was struck by a shot from teammate and Stars captain Brenden Morrow. The 28-year-old suffered the setback on November 10 in a game against the Winnipeg Jets, but the team said that he will not need surgery.
