Peer sneaks past Likhovtseva at Eastbourne

This week's top seeds are Wimbledon runner-up and reigning three-time French
Open champion Justine Henin and Wimbledon titlist Amelie Mauresmo. The Belgian
Henin, who beat Russian Anastasia Myskina in last year's Eastbourne finale,
will face Radwanska here on Wednesday, while Mauresmo will encounter
Santangelo.
