Northeastern signs Coen to extension

has signed a multi-year contract extension.
Coen has guided the Huskies to a record of 66-62 during his four-year tenure,
which includes postseason appearances in each of the last two seasons.
Northeastern reached the quarterfinals of the CBI in 2009 and this spring
earned a berth in the NIT.
"Coach Coen has been a terrific coach and educator to our student-athletes
over the last four seasons," said Northeastern athletic director Peter Roby.
"His efforts in guiding our student-athletes to success both on and off the
court embody the type of program we want here at Northeastern. We are thrilled
to be able to keep him in the Husky family for the long term future."
The Huskies are 39-26 over the past two seasons, including a mark of 20-13 in
2009-10. Northeastern nearly pulled off a first-round upset of Connecticut in
the first round of the NIT, falling 59-57.

Another bet across all major team sports including football, basketball, baseball, and hockey involves wagering on the amount of scoring in a game, called an Over/Under total. For example, the Over/Under total on Super Bowl XXXIX was 48, which means a bettor could wager whether there would be more or less than 48 points scored by both teams combined in the game.
